收貨須知
- 空運產品寄出後會提供您空運寄件追蹤碼，這一組追蹤碼可以在郵政網站上進行訂單追蹤
- 我們也會每天都注意空運包裹的最新動態，當包裏一抵達海關就會發送通知提醒您留意收件
- 空運寄出時已經為您投保空運險，所以您無需擔心任何破損或是遺失的問題
- 產品皆已包稅，若遇海關隨機抽稅可以跟我們申請退稅
- At after your order is handed to the post, we’ll provide you the track & trace number, this number can be traced at the local post website. You’ll automatically get a notification from us when your order is enter the country.
退換貨須知
- 若遇產品破損、少件、不符合期待，還請在七天鑑賞期內聯繫我們退回

運費與付款方式
- 中國大陸地區（不包含港澳）郵資 = 8元人民幣 – 總金額滿 300元人民幣免運費
- 台灣地區郵資 = 60元台幣 – 總金額滿2000元台幣免運費
- 全球其他地區郵資 = 總金額不滿 75 歐元 =23 歐元 = 總金額滿 75 歐元免運費
- 付款方式：信用卡、paypal、支付寶、銀行轉帳
- 無法使用信用卡或是 Paypal 付款, 還請聯繫客服
For order above 100 euro = Free shipping
For order below 100 euro = 23 euro worldwide

收件方式
- 郵寄包裹至您指定的地址（可以是住家或是超商），注意下單後要再次檢查收件資訊（收件人姓名、手機），必須為同一人
